RollXO account and product guide

Legal information for Australian visitors

The operator's Curaçao disclosure and Australian law answer different questions; one does not replace the other.

Australian legal position

What you need to know

ACMA states that the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 prohibits providers from offering online casino services and online pokies to people in Australia. Prohibited services must not be advertised in Australia.

Practical next step

Accordingly, this Australian information section does not provide a commercial casino CTA, registration flow, deposit instruction or playable game.

Current operator disclosure

What you need to know

The RollXO terms and footer reviewed on 17 October 2026 state that `www.rollxo.com` is owned and operated by Stable Tech N.V., registration number 160129, Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/161/0191.

Practical next step

That is an attributed current-site disclosure. It is not represented as an Australian licence or a finding that the service may be supplied in Australia.

ACMA action concerning RollXO

What you need to know

ACMA's formal warning published in December 2024 states that Dama N.V. provided the RollXO service with an Australian-customer link in contravention of subsection 15(2A). It records `www.rollxo.com` as the service URL during the investigation.

Practical next step

The warning names Dama N.V.; current RollXO pages name Stable Tech N.V. We preserve both dates and subjects rather than implying they are the same company or that the 2024 warning proves the current operator relationship.
